A TRIACTION BY TRIUMPH SPORTS BRA AND A REALLY NICE GIVEAWAY - CLOSED

Tuesday, October 15, 2013

Okay it takes a lot to show you my half naked body so listen up. If I don't exercise I get mean. Like really irritated at every thing, no matter how small it is. So, I do some form of a workout at least 5 days a week. Which is what I use to justify my love of unhealthy food - "but I went for a run, a pizza won't hurt". Ya, sure Cara, whatever you think right? ha! I either go for a run, climb Biskop stairs (in Clifton, it's steep and there are many many many aching steps to climb), Pilates once a week and go to boxing, kettle bell and weight training with theeeee best trainer I know, Jo at First Principles. So I need a lot of gym and running gear. Besides my shoes, the most important thing is a sports bra. I find a lot of them don't give the support we need, even though they say it will. That or they make your chest look weird. I don't want my friends to move at all - it's really bad for you. Your breast tissue can tear and they can sag prematurely. Not good. So I was keen to try this Triaction by Triumph bra that was sent to me. You know I wouldn't be telling you about it if I didn't love it. I've been using it across all my training. You know I really think it's great when I've been washing it after each wear just so I don't have to wear any other one. Def buying more. When I look for a sports bra it has to have really good support, obz. This range is colour coded depending on your level of impact. Mine is high. It also has to have a criss-cross back as most gym tops are racer back. Check. And for Summer it has to be bright. Double check. Basically it works and the fab Triumph peeps have said I can gift you with a Triaction goodie bag worth 750 bucks including one of these. So lucky!

This seamfree sports crop top in coral shine retails for R290 and is available at Edgars, Total Sports and Sportsmans Warehouse.

But you look great Cara! I also love Pilates - its awesome for core stability, strength and flexibility. I also run or should I say jog rather lol ... but been a bit lazy. I definitely need a better bra for my running. Good support is vital. Awesome prize - thanks for sharing and happy training. Email - kbaxen@gmail.com but I'm on Twitter too @Kimb_leigh :-)

I've been doing some high intensity cardio and pilates for the past 10 months and have recently started running again so I am quite keen to get the proper support whilst doing so.

I would love to try one of these sports bras.
